How long does delivery take?

We provide free shipping all around the world. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 days of receiving the order. We will email you a tracking number, usually a day or tow after your oder has been placed.

Are returns free of charge?

If you are not completely satisfied with your MotionLume at any time within 30 days of receiving it, we will offer you a full refund of your oder. To get the refund, the item must be in the same packing and unworn or damaged like when received. We fulfill refunds after your return has been sent back to us.

How easy is it to install MotionLume?

Installation is straightforward and convenient, requiring no hard wires or drilling. Simply use 3M adhesive pads to stick the base to any smooth surface. The night light handle has built-in magnets that can be directly attached to the base, making installation hassle-free.

How does the motion sensor work?

The night light features two modes: continuous mode and automatic mode. In automatic mode, it has light detection and a motion sensor with a range of 5–7 meters forward, 2–3 meters sideways, within 120 degrees horizontally. It remains in sleep mode, not lighting up, when the ambient brightness is relatively high.

What materials is MotionLume made of?

The night light is made of high-quality natural wood and frosted plexiglass. The 3000k natural light emitted is soft and gentle, while the frosted plexiglass ensures uniform light distribution.
